Once again this year, the Budapest Philharmonic Orchestra brings the most thrilling moments of its “Free in Music – Tuned to the Classics” series to the magic of a summer evening at Castle Garden Festival. This genre-blending concert features dazzling performances by Andrea Malek and Bandi Jáger as they breathe new life into icons of jazz. An Artisjus and EMeRTon Award-winning vocalist, Andrea Malek’s unique voice and magnetic stage presence guarantee a fresh new take on timeless jazz classics. At the piano, Bandi Jáger, and on the conductor’s podium, István Silló – together with the Budapest Philharmonic Orchestra – promise an unforgettable musical experience. Songs made famous by Ella Fitzgerald, Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Diana Krall and Barbra Streisand will echo once more along the Danube – in the enchanting atmosphere of Castle Garden Festival.
