Ticket Refund Process
Tickets purchased at our ticket offices with cash or bank card can be refunded within 16 days from the original event date at the Information Point located in the Testőrpalota building. You can find the addresses and opening hours of our venues at:

In the case of ticket purchases made with a SZÉP card, the amount will be refunded to your SZÉP card by Várkapitányság Zrt. within 30–60 banking business days.
If you paid the full amount or part of the ticket price online using a gift voucher, a representative of Interticket Kft. will contact you.
For online ticket purchases, Interticket Kft. handles the refund process. Refunds and credits are processed automatically, so no further action is required from you.
Refund process details
• The ticket price will be refunded to the bank account linked to the bank card used for the purchase.
• Refunds are not processed based on bank account numbers or bank card numbers, as customer bank account details are not visible to them for security reasons, and bank card information is neither handled nor stored.
• Based on the transaction data generated during the purchase, the bank will credit the amount to the customer. For online purchases, the refund will be transferred by the bank within a maximum of 30 banking business days, according to the bank’s internal regulations.
