Formed just two years ago, godfater. is already an Artisjus and Fonogram Award-winning rock formation, often hailed as a new, domestic supergroup. The band's success is not only due to their hit songs but also their impressive lineup. "Tibusz," or Tibor Tátrai, a Kossuth and Liszt Prize laureate, as well as an Eminent Artist, was a defining member of the Tátrai Band and other iconic bands such as Generál, Skorpió, Hobo Blues Band, Boom Boom, and Magyar Atom.
Gergő Borlai is slowly earning the title of international star; he has played on hundreds of albums with renowned Hungarian and foreign musicians. Alongside them, the younger generation is also represented by top talents. Singer-keyboardist Dániel Szebényi is one of the greatest voices of his generation. An influential presence with contributions to over two hundred recordings and more than 100 million streams, he is a leading figure of his generation.
Mihály Gotthard, aka Mike Gotthard, a guitar virtuoso, is considered by many to be a worthy partner for Tibusz, and is known and respected in professional circles for his extensive experience in various formations.
The new bass guitarist of the band is the outstanding Dániel Usztics.
