Bagossy Brothers Company, 10 years old this year, will present their fifth album launch concert on the first Sunday of Advent 2023 at Castle Garden Bazaar.
Founded in May 2013 and still playing with an unchanged line-up, the band from Gyergyószentmiklós quickly established themselves as one of the most popular Hungarian bands in Transylvania before going on to conquer the entire Carpathian Basin, thanks to their vibrant, crowd-oriented concerts.
The band's albums have all gone multi-platinum, the 2019 album Veled Utazom (I Travel with You) went six times platinum, for which there is no higher level in Hungary, and the 2021 album Fordul a világ (The World is Turning) is already a quadruple platinum album. The band has won numerous recognitions, including four Petőfi Music Awards, two Fonogram Awards, and the most prestigious music award in Transylvania, the title of the Most Beautiful Transylvanian Hungarian Song.
